Well, I pity the industry only, it is at the sunset now.
A piece of Red LED was selling HKD$8.00 in 1985, now may be HKD$0.3.
A piece of SOIC14 lead was selling HKD$25.00 in 1986, and now may be HKD$4.00.
A Motorola Star TAC II phone was selling HKD$14,800 in 1991.
Now the iPhone probably 500,000 times more sophisticated and flooded with fantastic function than the Star TAC II. Is is now selling an overpriced HKD$7,000.... !
It was fantastic 20 years ago, I used to have 15% adjustment every years.. now 3%!
The Moral of the story, make your own business, Make your official work as part time... that is the concept.
Life has to go on... !
